  1. Ed, I have a question. If the S&P fell today (by just a bit, but still red), how can SPXU, a triple inverse of the S&P, also fall today (also by just a bit)?

I thought the triple short etf meant it would go down by three times the amount the S&P went up on any given day, and would go up by three times the amount the S&P went down on any given day.

Obviously I’m wrong on that, begging the question, what gives?

  2. daily p/c ratio and volume

    DIA: 0.99, 34.9K
    QQQ: 1.21, 317K
    SPY: 1.97, 1.01MIL
    IWM: 2.08, 280K
